Sindh Announces Major Change in College Admissions
The Sindh College Education Department has approved a new admission policy for Class XI enrollments, allowing students to apply based on their Class IX exam results for the 2025-26 academic year. This policy applies to all government colleges under the Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Programme (SECCAP).
Admission Timeline & Process
- Online applications open: June 15, 2025 (via SECCAP portal)
- Last date to apply: July 15, 2025
- Placement lists released: July 22, 2025
- Class XII classes start: August 1, 2025
- Class XI classes start: August 5, 2025

- A+ & A-grade students can apply to any college in Sindh.
- B to E-grade students must apply within their designated zones.

Regional Directors of Colleges in:

✅ Sukkur

The Director General of Colleges, Sindh, will supervise the entire process.
Eligibility & Placement Rules
✔ Admissions based on Class IX / O-Level Part-I results.
✔ Placement lists will be prepared by the IT section of the Directorate General of Colleges.
✔ Claim centers will be set up for students with concerns after placement lists are published.
Important Notes for Reapplicants
❌ Students previously enrolled in HSC/FSC must cancel their prior admission before reapplying.
❌ Candidates with a gap of over 5 years since last enrollment cannot apply this year.
